Get Ur Soap On is a veteran-owned business based in Asheboro, NC. All products are handcrafted in small batches using goat milk, tallow, and other natural ingredients.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD.

  • Payment is due at checkout.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and secure payment methods offered through our site.

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • Products are typically shipped within 3–5 business days, as many of our items are made fresh to order.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Get Ur Soap On is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order (damaged items, incorrect product, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.
