📦 Shipping Information

Processing Time:
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Many of our products, including lotions, are made fresh to ensure the highest quality.

Shipping Methods:
All orders are shipped via USPS or another trusted carrier. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Delivery Times:
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on the destination.

Local Pickup:
We currently do not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped directly to your door.

🎁 Packaging & Samples

We carefully pack every item to ensure it arrives safely. If your soap bar is under 5.5 oz, we include a free sample to make up the difference—just one of the little ways we like to treat our customers.

🔁 Refunds & Replacements

Due to the personal nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction matters to us!

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you experience an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’re happy to work with you to make it right.
